Steve Horstmeyer Biography
Steve Horstmeyer, an award-winning meteorologist, is the Chief Meteorologist at FOX19/WXIX-TV in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born in Cincinnati, he graduated from Moeller High School before earning a Master’s degree in Geography with a focus on Meteorology from the University of Nebraska. He launched his career as a lecturer at Miami University and the University of Cincinnati before joining FOX19 in 2008, where he has held the chief position since. In addition to his role at the television station, Steve actively partners with Silent Partners Media. He occasionally teaches as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Chemistry at the College of Mount St. Joseph.Continue reading
